Świeradów-Zdrój offers lovers of active recreation a number of cycling routes within comfortably reach of Hotel Sudetia. Hotel
Sudetia offers its guests the opportunity to rent top-quality "Jamis" mountain bikes free of charge. Single Track - this is a cycle route
through a mountainous area. The routes in the vicinity of Świeradów-Zdrój on both the Polish and Czech sides of the border are about 90
km in length. They pass through woodland and forest glades. The average incline on the routes is 5% and routes of varying degrees of
difficulty are available to tourists.

Hiking trails
Hiking provides another opportunity to spend free time actively. In addition to the traditional hiking trails classified as tourist trails
and marked with different colours and levels of difficulty, there are also two Run Track trails - an innovative project in Poland and
Europe. These are a network of forest trails for cross-country skiers and hikers, which were created and run through natural terrain.
Unlike typical hiking trails, they follow a constant level, i.e. they have small gradients. Thanks to this, tourists of all ages can use them.
The paths lead through forests and forest glades and in places combine with existing forest roads. Each path creates a loop that guarantees
you return to the starting point. Guests of Hotel Sudetia can take advantage of the free rental of Nordic walking poles.

Ypsilon Golf Liberec (40 minutes by car from Hotel Sudetia) is an exceptional championship level gold course on the Czech side of
the Izera mountains, close to Świeradów-Zdrój. It is located 420-470 metres above sea level in a beautiful natural environment,
untouched by civilisation, near the Fojtka dam.The resort covers an area of 102 hectares, of which 37 hectares is taken by golf courses.
The varied terrain allowed the British architect Keith Preston to create 18 unique holes of 6102 metres.
